By using deBackground, you agree to these terms. deBackground is a free product, and your agreement is implied by your continued use of the tool.

2. License & Usage

deBackground is free for both personal and commercial projects. You own 100% of the rights to the images you process. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

3. Limitation of Liability

The tool is provided "as is" without any warranties. I (the developer) am not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of this product or the processed images. While we use state-of-the-art AI, perfect results are not guaranteed.

4. Donations & Refunds

Donations to the project are entirely voluntary. If you choose to donate and later request a refund, please note that refunds cannot be guaranteed. I may consider them on a case-by-case basis but am under no obligation to provide one.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this tool for any illegal purposes or to process content that violates others' rights or local laws.

6. Changes to Tool

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the tool without notice.
